- Campari30ml1 oz
- Sweet Vermouth30ml1 oz
How to make it
Build all ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with orange peel.
About the Negroni
Created in 1919 in Florence when Count Camillo Negroni asked to strengthen his Americano.
Missing something?
- No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
- No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
- No campari? Use Aperol (Lighter, sweeter and less bitter)
- No sweet vermouth? Use Punt e Mes (Noticeably more bitter)
