The Non-Alcoholic Negroni is a bitter, herbal mocktail made with Non-alcoholic gin, Non-alcoholic sweet vermouth and Non-alcoholic bitter orange aperitif. It is stirred and served in an old-fashioned glass, up to 0.5% ABV.

Ingredients
- 30mlNon-alcoholic gin
- 30mlNon-alcoholic sweet vermouth
- 30mlNon-alcoholic bitter orange aperitif
How to make it
- Add all three ingredients to an old-fashioned glass with fresh cubed ice.
- Stir briefly and garnish with an orange slice.
Tip: Stir with plenty of cold, hard ice for 20 to 30 seconds. You want it chilled and silky, not cloudy.
About the Non-Alcoholic Negroni
Lyre's uses equal parts of its Dry London, Aperitif Rosso and Italian Orange for this non-alcoholic take. Other bottles may need a different balance of sweetness and bitterness.
