About the Non-Alcoholic French 75
This follows Lyre's Dry London and Classico French 75 recipe. A different sparkling wine alternative can change the sweetness and acidity, so taste before serving.

- No Lemon Juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
- No Simple Syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No Simple Syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
