Ingredients
- 60mlNon-alcoholic spritz aperitif
- 90mlNon-alcoholic sparkling wine
How to make it
- Add the aperitif and sparkling wine alternative to a large stemless wine glass.
- Stir, fill with fresh cubed ice and garnish with an orange slice.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.
About the Non-Alcoholic Spritz
This follows Lyre's measured Italian Spritz and Classico recipe. Bottles differ in sweetness, acidity and residual alcohol, so a different pairing may need rebalancing.
