Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Pour the chilled peach purée into a flute.
  2. Slowly top with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine, tilting the glass to keep the bubbles, and stir very gently.

Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

About the Virgin Bellini

The Bellini was created at Harry's Bar in Venice in 1948. This version keeps the white peach purée and swaps the prosecco for an alcohol-free sparkling wine.
