- Lime Juice20ml⅔ oz
- Simple Syrup10ml⅓ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
About the Daiquiri
Named after a beach near Santiago, Cuba, the Daiquiri was a favorite of Ernest Hemingway and JFK.

- No white rum? Use Gold Rum (A little richer)
- No white rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
