Banana Daiquiri

- White Rum45ml1½ oz
- Crème de Banane15ml½ oz
- Lime Juice22ml¾ oz
- Simple Syrup15ml½ oz
How to make it
Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass.

- No white rum? Use Gold Rum (A little richer)
- No white rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
