How to make it

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Express lime zest over the drink to garnish.

Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.

About the Non-Alcoholic Daiquiri

This follows Lyre's White Cane Daiquiri recipe. The cane-style alternative is sweeter and softer than rum, so other bottles may need less syrup or more lime.

Missing something?

  • No Simple Syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
  • No Simple Syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
  • No Lime Juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
  • No Lime Juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
