Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients
- Lime Juice60ml2 oz
- Simple Syrup30ml1 oz
- Condensed Milk60ml2 oz
How to make it
Blend whole limes (cut into wedges, skins on) with water, sugar (or syrup), and condensed milk. Strain carefully to remove pulp and skins. Serve over ice.
About the Brazilian Lemonade
In Brazil it's called limonada suíça, 'Swiss lemonade', and it's made with whole limes: Brazilian Portuguese uses limão for both. Blending the peel adds bitterness that the condensed milk rounds off.

- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
- No condensed milk? Use Cream (Add simple syrup to sweeten)
