- Sugar2 teaspoons
How to make it
Muddle lime and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with ice and add cachaça. Stir well.

Brazil's national cocktail, the name means 'little countryside drink' in Portuguese.

- No cachaça? Use Rhum Agricole (Both are sugarcane-juice spirits)
- No cachaça? Use White Rum (Cleaner, less grassy)
- No lime? Use Lime Juice (About 25 ml per lime)
- No lime? Use Lemon
- No sugar? Use Simple Syrup (About 7.5 ml syrup per teaspoon)
- No sugar? Use Sugar Cube (1 cube is about 1 teaspoon)
