Piña Colada

Ingredients

• White Rum50ml1⅔ oz
• Coconut Cream50ml1⅔ oz
• Pineapple Juice50ml1⅔ oz

How to make it

Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.

About the Piña Colada

Created in Puerto Rico in 1954, it became the island's official beverage in 1978.

• No white rum? Use Gold Rum (A little richer)
• No white rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
• No coconut cream? Use Cream (Loses the coconut flavour)
