Ingredients
- 45mlWhite Rum
- 40mlBlue Curaçao
- 30mlCoconut Cream
- 90mlPineapple Juice
- 7.5mlLime Juice
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients with 120g of crushed ice until smooth, using sweetened cream of coconut.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Tip: Blend in short bursts and stop as soon as it is smooth, so it stays thick.

The Blue Hawaiian is a coconut-rich relative of the Blue Hawaii, with blue curacao giving it its vivid colour. Its rum, pineapple and cream of coconut base makes it closer in style to a Pina Colada.
