Mezcal Margarita

- Mezcal45ml1½ oz
- Triple Sec22ml¾ oz
- Lime Juice22ml¾ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into salt-rimmed glass over ice.

A smoky twist on the classic Margarita.
Missing something?
- No mezcal? Use Tequila (Loses the smoke; a drop of Islay scotch brings some back)
- No mezcal? Use Tequila Reposado (Loses the smoke)
- No triple sec? Use Grand Marnier (Richer and cognac-based)
- No triple sec? Use Blue Curaçao (Same flavour, but turns the drink blue)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
