Ingredients
- 40mlVodka
- 40mlTequila
- 40mlWhite Rum
- 40mlGin
- 40mlTriple Sec
- 100mlLemon Juice
- 150mlSimple Syrup
- 300mlCola
- 250mlWater
How to make it
- Gently stir full-sugar cola until completely flat, then measure it.
- Mix it with the vodka, tequila, rum, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and water.
- Chill the mixture, then pour it into the slushie machine and run the alcoholic slush setting until frozen.
- Do not add ice to the machine.
- Serve in highball glasses.
About the Long Island Iced Tea Slush
Despite its name, a Long Island Iced Tea contains no tea. Cola gives the familiar colour to its combination of spirits, citrus and sugar.

- No Simple Syrup? Use Rich Simple Syrup (More concentrated, so use less)
- No Simple Syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
