- Simple Syrup30ml1 oz
How to make it
Cut the lime into wedges and muddle them in an old-fashioned glass. Add vodka and simple syrup, fill with crushed ice, and stir.
About the Caipiroska
A Caipiroska replaces the cachaça in a Caipirinha with vodka.

- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
