Ingredients
- Aged Rum45ml1½ oz
- Triple Sec22ml¾ oz
- Lemon Juice22ml¾ oz
- Simple Syrup15ml½ oz
- Cinnamon Syrup7.5ml¼ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cinnamon-sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

- No aged rum? Use Gold Rum
- No aged rum? Use Dark Rum (Heavier molasses notes)
- No triple sec? Use Grand Marnier (Richer and cognac-based)
- No triple sec? Use Blue Curaçao (Same flavour, but turns the drink blue)
- No lemon juice? Use Lemon (Squeeze fresh: 1 lemon gives about 30 ml)
- No lemon juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
