Ingredients
- 200mlBourbon
- 300mlPeach Purée
- 150mlGinger Beer
- 50mlLime Juice
- 120mlSimple Syrup
- 180mlWater
How to make it
- Pass smooth peach purée through a fine sieve to remove coarse pulp, then measure it.
- Stir full-sugar, alcohol-free ginger beer until completely flat before measuring.
- Mix both with the bourbon, strained lime juice, simple syrup and water.
- Chill the mixture, then pour it into the slushie machine and run the alcoholic slush setting until frozen.
- Serve in rocks glasses without adding ice to the machine.
