Ingredients
- Tequila45ml1½ oz
- Tomato Juice90ml3 oz
- Lemon Juice15ml½ oz
- Worcestershire Sauce2 dashes
- Tabasco2 drops
- Celery SaltPinch
- Black PepperPinch
How to make it
Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.
About the Bloody Maria
The Bloody Mary with tequila in place of vodka. The agave spirit's vegetal, peppery character works well with tomato and hot sauce, making it a brunch favourite in Mexico and the American Southwest.
