  • No rhum agricole? Use Cachaça (Both are sugarcane-juice spirits)
  • No rhum agricole? Use White Rum (Cleaner, less grassy)
  • No aged rum? Use Gold Rum
  • No aged rum? Use Dark Rum (Heavier molasses notes)
  • No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
  • No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
  • No orange juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
  • No orange juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
  • No honey syrup? Use Honey (Mix with the same amount of warm water first)
