- Amontillado Sherry90ml3 oz
- Simple Syrup15ml½ oz
- Orange Juice15ml½ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into wine glass with crushed ice. Garnish with fruit.

- No amontillado sherry? Use Oloroso Sherry (Richer)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
- No orange juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
- No orange juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
