About the Grand Marnier Orange Slush
Inspired by the orange slush served at Les Vins des Chefs de France in EPCOT's France pavilion. This home version is from Ashley Craft's Unofficial Disney Parks Epcot Cookbook and combines orange liqueur, orange vodka and rum.
Missing something?
- No Orange Juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
- No Orange Juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
- No Orange Vodka? Use Citrus Vodka (Lemon-led citrus instead of orange)
- No White Rum? Use Gold Rum (A little richer)
- No White Rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
- No Simple Syrup? Use Rich Simple Syrup (More concentrated, so use less)
- No Simple Syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No Grand Marnier? Use Triple Sec (Lighter and brighter)
All swaps for Orange Juice, Orange Vodka, White Rum, Simple Syrup and Grand Marnier
