Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain into glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with berries.

Missing something?

  • No vodka? Use Citrus Vodka (Adds a lemon note)
  • No lemon juice? Use Lemon (Squeeze fresh: 1 lemon gives about 30 ml)
  • No lemon juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
  • No crème de cassis? Use Crème de Mûre
  • No crème de cassis? Use Chambord
  • No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
  • No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
  • No champagne? Use Prosecco (Fruitier and a little sweeter)
