Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur and pumpkin spice syrup and stir.
  3. Pour the cream over the top and stir lightly so it swirls through.
  4. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg or a cinnamon stick.

Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

About the Pumpkin Spice White Russian

An autumn take on the White Russian that Kahlúa itself promotes, with pumpkin spice syrup joining the coffee and cream. The White Russian's own revival owes much to The Big Lebowski (1998).

Missing something?

  • No Vodka? Use Citrus Vodka (Adds a lemon note)
  • No Pumpkin Spice Syrup? Use Cinnamon Syrup (Same warm spice without the pumpkin; add a pinch of nutmeg)
  • No Cream? Use Coconut Cream (Dairy-free; adds coconut)
