Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the vanilla vodka, freshly made hot espresso, pumpkin spice syrup and cream to a shaker, fill with ice and shake hard so the coffee foams.
  3. Strain into the coupe and float three coffee beans on top.

Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.

About the Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Simon Difford created this version in 2024 at The Clocktower in Rye, England. Unlike the classic Espresso Martini it has no coffee liqueur: vanilla vodka and a splash of cream round out the spiced syrup instead.

Missing something?

  • No Vanilla Vodka? Use Vodka (Add a barspoon of vanilla syrup)
  • No Espresso? Use Hot Coffee (Brew it strong and chill it)
  • No Pumpkin Spice Syrup? Use Cinnamon Syrup (Same warm spice without the pumpkin; add a pinch of nutmeg)
  • No Cream? Use Coconut Cream (Dairy-free; adds coconut)
