About the Pink Negroni

A lighter, fruitier, and more floral version of a classic Negroni. By using Aperol instead of Campari, the drink becomes sweeter and less bitter, making it more approachable for those new to bitter cocktails.

Missing something?

  • No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
  • No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
  • No sweet vermouth? Use Punt e Mes (Noticeably more bitter)
  • No aperol? Use Campari (More bitter, so use a bit less)
