- Green Chartreuse30ml1 oz
- Sweet Vermouth30ml1 oz
- Orange Bitters1 dash
How to make it
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

French for jewel, each ingredient represents a gem: gin (diamond), vermouth (ruby), Chartreuse (emerald).

- No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
- No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
- No green chartreuse? Use Yellow Chartreuse (Sweeter, milder and lower proof)
- No sweet vermouth? Use Punt e Mes (Noticeably more bitter)
