- Apple Brandy15ml½ oz
- Lemon Juice15ml½ oz
- Grenadine7.5ml¼ oz
- Egg WhiteOne
How to make it
Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

- No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
- No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
- No apple brandy? Use Calvados
- No apple brandy? Use Brandy (Grape instead of apple)
- No lemon juice? Use Lemon (Squeeze fresh: 1 lemon gives about 30 ml)
- No lemon juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
- No grenadine? Use Raspberry Syrup (Berry instead of pomegranate)
- No egg white? Use Aquafaba (Chickpea Water) (Chickpea water: same foam and vegan. Use the same amount)
