How to make it
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the bitter orange aperitif and sweet vermouth alternatives, then stir gently to combine.
- Top with the soda water and garnish with an orange wheel.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.
About the Zero-Proof Americano
This follows Some Good Clean Fun's Lyre's-based Americano, using equal measures of Italian Orange, Aperitif Rosso and soda. The red bitter and vermouth alternatives provide the bittersweet base of the classic aperitif.
