- Lime Juice15ml½ oz
- Soda Water90ml3 oz
How to make it
Fill a large glass with ice. Pour blood orange juice. Top with soda water and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with a blood orange slice.

Blood oranges get their deep red flesh from anthocyanins, pigments that develop when the fruit ripens through cold nights. Sicilian varieties such as Tarocco and Moro are the best known.
