History
Martini's Vibrante is sold in Spain as a red vermouth without alcohol, and Roots Divino in Greece says it makes the only wine-based zero-proof red vermouth.
How it’s made
Martini Vibrante starts from white vermouth wines with the alcohol removed by reverse osmosis, then adds botanicals extracted in alcohol; the finished drink is under 0.5%. Others build the grape note in (Free Spirits uses Pinot Grigio grape tannins with wormwood, clove and cinnamon), and most are sweetened: Remeier 0,0% has 15 g sugar per 100 ml.
