How to make it
- Pour the chilled Licor 43 into a shot glass large enough to hold 60ml.
- Slowly pour the cream over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top like a small beer head.
Tip: Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon, heaviest first.
About the Mini Beer
The amber liqueur under a white cream float looks like a tiny glass of beer, though there is no beer in it. Licor 43 is a Spanish vanilla-citrus liqueur named after the 43 ingredients in its recipe.
Missing something?
- No Licor 43? Use Galliano (Also golden and vanilla-led, with more anise and herbs)
- No Cream? Use Coconut Cream (Dairy-free; adds coconut)
