Tip: Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon, heaviest first.
About the Hot Shot
Swedish bartender Bosse Bergström developed the Hot Shot for a coffee drink competition in Stockholm in the late 1980s. Its equal layers of Galliano, hot coffee and cream made it a Swedish party favourite.
