Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

- No galliano? Use Yellow Chartreuse
- No galliano? Use Licor 43 (More vanilla and citrus, less anise)
- No triple sec? Use Grand Marnier (Richer and cognac-based)
- No triple sec? Use Blue Curaçao (Same flavour, but turns the drink blue)
- No orange juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
- No orange juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
- No cream? Use Coconut Cream (Dairy-free; adds coconut)
