- 15mlMalibu Coconut Rum
- 15mlPineapple Juice

How to make it
- Shake all ingredients hard with ice until frothy and strain into a chilled shot glass.
- Top with a little whipped cream if you like.
Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.
