- Grenadine10ml⅓ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
About the Bacardi Cocktail
A 1936 court ruling declared it must be made with Bacardi rum to bear this name.

- No white rum? Use Gold Rum (A little richer)
- No white rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No grenadine? Use Raspberry Syrup (Berry instead of pomegranate)
