Ingredients
- 650mlWatermelon Juice
- 60mlLime Juice
- 120mlSimple Syrup
- 170mlWater
How to make it
- Strain fresh watermelon juice through a fine sieve, then stir it with the lime juice, simple syrup and water.
- Pour into the slushie machine and run its regular slush preset (the batch card shows which one) until the slush is ready.
- Serve in highball glasses with a lime wheel.
