Ingredients
- 150mlCoconut Cream
- 500mlPineapple Juice
- 20mlLime Juice
- 330mlWater
How to make it
- Whisk the cream of coconut into the pineapple juice until smooth, then stir in the lime juice and water.
- Pour into the slushie machine and run its regular slush preset (the batch card shows which one) until the slush is ready.
- Serve in hurricane glasses with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
About the Virgin Piña Colada Slush
Without rum, the sweetened cream of coconut and pineapple juice carry all the sugar, which makes this one of the easiest mixes to slush. Use cream of coconut, not unsweetened coconut cream.
