Rum Swizzle

- Dark Rum60ml2 oz
- Lime Juice30ml1 oz
- Simple Syrup22ml¾ oz
- Angostura Bitters3 dashes
How to make it
Combine in glass with crushed ice. Swizzle until frosted.

Bermudas national drink, traditionally made with Goslings rum.
Missing something?
- No dark rum? Use Aged Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
- No dark rum? Use Gold Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
- No angostura bitters? Use Peychaud's Bitters (Lighter, with more anise)
