- Gin50ml1⅔ oz
- Rhubarb Syrup20ml⅔ oz
- Lemon Juice20ml⅔ oz
- Soda WaterTop up
How to make it
Add gin, rhubarb syrup and lemon juice to a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
