Ingredients

• Dark Rum60ml2 oz
• Pineapple Juice120ml4 oz
• Orange Juice30ml1 oz
• Coconut Cream30ml1 oz

How to make it

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

• No dark rum? Use Aged Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
• No dark rum? Use Gold Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
• No orange juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
• No orange juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
• No coconut cream? Use Cream (Loses the coconut flavour)
