Ingredients
- White Rum45ml1½ oz
- Limoncello30ml1 oz
- Lime Juice20ml⅔ oz
- Mint Leaves8 leaves
- Soda WaterTop up
How to make it
Muddle the mint leaves in a highball glass. Add the rum, limoncello and lime juice. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
