Ingredients
- 45mlJapanese Whisky
- 135mlSoda Water
How to make it
- Fill a chilled highball glass with ice and add the whisky.
- Pour the soda water gently down a bar spoon and give one stir from the bottom up to keep the bubbles.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

Suntory built the highball into Japan's everyday whisky drink from the 1950s onward and still promotes a precise 1:3 or 1:4 whisky-to-soda ratio.
