- Pineapple Juice30ml1 oz
- Lime Juice15ml½ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

- No white rum? Use Cachaça (Grassier and funkier)
- No apricot brandy? Use Peach Schnapps (Thinner and sweeter)
- No apricot brandy? Use Peach Brandy (Peach instead of apricot)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
