Ingredients
- 60mlTequila Reposado
- 45mlOrange Juice
- 22.5mlGrapefruit Juice
- 15mlLime Juice
- PinchSalt
- 60mlGrapefruit Soda
How to make it
- Fill a highball glass (or a clay cantarito, if you have one) with ice.
- Add the tequila, orange, grapefruit and lime juices and a pinch of salt, top with grapefruit soda and stir briefly.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.
About the Cantarito
Named after the small clay pot it is served in around Jalisco, Mexico, where roadside stands sell it with the jug soaked in water beforehand to keep the drink cold.
