Ingredients
- 45mlBaileys Irish Cream
- 45mlCoconut Cream
- 30mlPineapple Juice
- 1/2Banana
How to make it
- Peel the banana and blend it with the Irish cream, sweetened coconut cream and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Add 150g crushed ice and blend again until thick and slushy.
- Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a banana slice.
- Makes about 350ml.
Tip: Blend in short bursts and stop as soon as it is smooth, so it stays thick.
