How to make it
Shake rum, lime and honey with ice. Strain into flute and top with champagne.

- No gold rum? Use Aged Rum
- No gold rum? Use Dark Rum (Heavier molasses notes)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No honey syrup? Use Honey (Mix with the same amount of warm water first)
- No honey syrup? Use Agave Syrup
- No champagne? Use Prosecco (Fruitier and a little sweeter)
