The Witches' Brew Slush is a tropical, citrusy frozen slushie made with Vodka, Blue Curaçao, Pineapple Juice, Lemonade and Lime Juice. It is mixed as a 1 litre batch and frozen in a slushie machine, about 6% ABV.

Ingredients
- 100mlVodka
- 100mlBlue Curaçao
- 400mlPineapple Juice
- 350mlLemonade
- 50mlLime Juice
How to make it
- If the lemonade is sparkling, stir it in a jug until flat before measuring.
- Stir the vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lemonade and lime juice together, chill if you can, then pour into the slushie machine and run its alcoholic preset (the batch card shows which one) until the slush is ready.
- Serve in highball glasses with a lime wheel.
About the Witches' Brew Slush
No food colouring needed: blue curaçao and yellow pineapple juice mix to a murky swamp green. The same trick turns up in countless Halloween punches.
