Island Cooler
The Island Cooler is a tropical, citrusy highball made with Malibu Coconut Rum, Peach Schnapps, Blue Curaçao, Sour Mix and Lemonade. It is shaken and served in a hurricane glass, about 4% ABV.

Ingredients
- 37.5mlMalibu Coconut Rum
- 22.5mlPeach Schnapps
- 15mlBlue Curaçao
- 15mlSour Mix
- 180mlLemonade
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a large glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.
About the Island Cooler
Texas Roadhouse launched it in 2016 as Kenny's Cooler, made with Kenny Chesney's Blue Chair Bay coconut rum, and later renamed it the Island Cooler with the recipe barely changed.
