Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the pineapple juice, blue curaçao syrup and lime juice and stir until the colour turns an even green.
  3. Top up with the lemon-lime soda and stir gently once.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  5. For a party, multiply it in a punch bowl and add the soda just before serving.

Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

About the Witches' Brew

Blue curaçao syrup is alcohol-free, and mixed with yellow pineapple juice it turns a bubbling potion green. Halloween punches use the colour trick so kids and drivers get the same drink as everyone else.

Missing something?

  • No Pineapple Juice? Use Pineapple (Blend fresh pineapple and strain it; it foams just as well)
  • No Lime Juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
  • No Lime Juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
  • No Lemon-Lime Soda? Use Lemon Soda (A little less lime flavour)
  • No Lemon-Lime Soda? Use Lemonade (Use sparkling lemonade: sweeter, with no lime)

All swaps for Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice and Lemon-Lime Soda
