Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice90ml3 oz
- Lemon Juice30ml1 oz
- Blue Curaçao Syrup15ml½ oz
How to make it
Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, and Blue Curaçao syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
About the Blue Hawaii Mocktail
Based on the Blue Hawaii, created in 1957 by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki after a Bols representative asked him to use blue curaçao. Blue curaçao syrup gives the same orange flavour and colour without the alcohol.
